● Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
● Lagos deliveries: 2–3 working days
● Outside Lagos: 3–5 working days
● Delivery timelines may vary based on your selected courier (automatically assigned by Shipbubble).
● You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping times may be extended during sales periods, public holidays, or courier delays.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. However, Glow Deposit only accepts returns and refunds under the following conditions:
● Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
● You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
● Items must be returned to our designated return address within 7 days of return approval.
● Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
● Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the error was from our end.
Send all refund requests via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the product (if damaged).
Glow Deposit offers product exchanges in these cases:
● You received the wrong product.
● Your product was damaged during shipping.
● The product has a verifiable defect upon arrival.
Conditions for Exchange:
● You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
● The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
● Exchanges are subject to availability.
● All orders are fulfilled via Shipbubble’s courier network.
● Returns are at the customer’s expense except for fulfillment errors or damaged goods.
● Refunds will be made via Paystack to the account or card used for the original payment.
